Brought a printer to your North Central University residence hall? Many printers broadcast their own wireless network, which interferes with NCU Wi-Fi and can cause slow speeds and dropped connections for you and your neighbors. Wireless printing won't work on campus anyway, so turn it off and connect with a USB cable.
Turn off your printer's wireless
Every model is different. These steps work on many common printers. If yours doesn't match, check the printer's manual for "wireless" or "WLAN."
