Overview
The VPN, also known as Virtual Private Network, is used to connect your machine to North Central's network so that you are able to access any systems without the need for being on Campus. These systems include Colleague servers, Network Drives, and more. Our VPN is through a company called GlobalProtect. This article will walk you through installing the VPN client onto a machine if it is not already installed.
NOTE: If you are on an NCU issued device, the GlobalProtect VPN client should be installed on the machine. If it is not, please see Software Center for Windows, or Self Service for Mac to install it.
If you need assistance in connecting to the VPN Client, see Connecting to the VPN.
