Beginning July 1, 2020, the typical SAML page will be changed to a new login experience. When you attempt to login to Skyline, Moodle, or any NCU resource, you will now be presented with the page pictured below:
Please enter your NCU Username and your standard NCU password to login, as you would previously.
First Time Logging In
If this is your first time logging in using this new page, you will be prompted to enter Security Questions. These questions will be used to verify identity and used when resetting your password. After signing in, you may be prompted to re-enter your password. Please do so.
Once you have signed in, you will be prompted to enter four Security Questions. These questions will be used to help recover your account or change your password. Please enter actual data and not gibberish. You will need to remember the answers to these questions.
If you had previously setup Reset Questions, you will need to provide new questions and answers. Unfortunately, old reset questions do not carry over into the new system.
In addition to entering Reset Questions, you may also choose to provide a phone number and/or secondary email that can also be used in recovering account or resetting your password.
Do not use your North Central email address as your Email Recovery address.
