If you may want to remove a favorite from your My Favorites list, follow the steps in the article below.

Removing a Favorite

  1. Sign In to IT Service Site.

  1. Navigate to the service that you want to remove.
  2. Click the Remove from Favorites button on the right side of the page.
  3. Verify that the service is no longer listed under My Favorites.
