How To: Submit a Service Request through Tags

Overview

Information Technology uses a service management system for submitting IT Requests. This platform gives students, faculty, and staff visibility into the status, progress, and resolution of their requests. Follow the steps below to submit a service request through tags.

Submit a Service Request through Tags

  1. Sign in at the top right corner of it.northcentral.edu.

  1. Navigate to either Services or Knowledge Base.

  1. Scroll to the bottom and find Popular Tags. You can select View All Tags to see more if you don’t see a tag that best represents your search.
