Can't Find Your Ticket?

Overview

If you are looking for your ticket but can't seem to find it, use the Ticket Request filter. Follow the steps below to learn how.

Finding Your Ticket

  1. If your ticket does not display on your Home page, click Select all under the Status Class column. 
  2. On this screen, you can search for your ticket. For example, if you have a lot of open tickets, use the Created field to narrow down your search. To see if a ticket has been marked as Completed or cancelled, change the Status Class field to include those statuses.

  1. Click Search.
