How To: Cancel or Withdraw a Ticket

Overview

If you decide that you no longer need assistance, you can cancel or withdraw a ticket in the IT client portal. Follow the steps below to learn how.

Cancelling or Withdrawing a Ticket

  1. Navigate to the detailed view of the ticket you wish to update.
  2. Click Withdraw Request.

  1. Check the reason you are withdrawing the ticket and leave a comment if applicable.​​​​​​​
  2. Click Withdraw.
  3. When asked to verify that you wish to withdraw the request, click OK. The page will refresh and the status of the ticket will automatically update to Canceled.
