How To: Find Your NCU Username

Not sure what your NCU username is? Learn how to find it from your NCU email address or your account claiming email, and what to do if you still can't find it.

Not sure what your North Central University username is? It's usually easy to find. Here's where to look.

It's in your email address

Your username is the part of your NCU email address before the @, whether your address ends in @northcentral.edu or @mail.northcentral.edu.

If your email address is	Your username is
john.smith@northcentral.edu	john.smith
john.smith02@mail.northcentral.edu	john.smith02

Usernames are usually your first and last name with a period between them. If someone else at NCU has the same name, yours may end in a number.
