NCU phones run entirely on Teams. There's no separate phone system, voicemail number, or voicemail password.
Who has a number
Phone numbers are assigned to employees when their department requests one. Most employees have a number, but not all. To see yours, open Calls in Teams. Your number is shown there.
Teams desk phones
Some employees also have a Teams desk phone. It signs in with your NCU account and rings at the same time as Teams on your computer and mobile phone. A desk phone is optional.
