Employee Dependent Tuition Discount Application

Please note these important steps required to apply for and receive the Employee Dependent Tuition Discount

  1. Complete an Application for Admission or Re-admission and submit it to the Office of Admissions. (Note: You will not need to complete a new Admission/Re-admission application for each semester you wish to enroll unless there is a break of one or more semesters in which you are not enrolled.)
  2. File the FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov (school code: 002369) for each student applying for 6 or more credits under the Dependent Tuition Discount
  3. Complete the Employee and Student Verification information below. (You will need to complete this verification for each year the student wishes to enroll under the discount program; watch Skyline News in February to learn when the new form is available.)
  4. When you click "Submit Application" your information will be sent to Human Resources for processing.

Upon completion of the Employee Dependent Tuition Discount Policy, receipt of the FAFSA, and all other required paperwork, the Office of Financial Aid will notify the student regarding the award package. Late fees will be applied until funding is awarded. If paperwork is not completed prior to the beginning of the semester, the student is responsible for all charges.

Human Resources will distribute the approved application information to the Office of Financial Aid and Student Accounts.
