Mail Processing & Handling

We manage all university mail from the moment it arrives on campus through final delivery or dispatch. This includes sorting incoming mail to student and departmental mailboxes, processing outgoing USPS mail for departments, and handling bulk campus mailings. Think of us as the central hub for all mail operations at NCU.

Who Can Use This Service

Incoming Mail Services:

  • Students with assigned campus mailboxes

Outgoing Mail Services:

  • Faculty and staff sending official university business mail
  • University departments and administrative offices
  • Registered student organizations (with proper authorization)

Bulk Mailing Services:

  • Departments conducting campus-wide communications
  • Administrative offices sending mass notifications

How to Request

Incoming mail: No request needed - this is automatic if you have a mailbox.

Dropoff slots: No request needed - just drop your stamped mail in the slots.

Metered outgoing mail: Submit an Outgoing USPS Mail Request through the Request Service button.

Bulk mailings: Submit a Bulk Mailing notification through the Request Service button, then bring your prepared materials to the Mailcenter during business hours.
