MFA International Travel Exception

Tags mfa travel

NCU's multi-factorial authentication (MFA) service limits access outside of the US for employees. However, temporary exceptions can be made when the need arises.  Use this service form to request an exception.

This is not an approval form for travel but it is needed to collect the information required to properly create a temporary exception to our MFA policies.

Please note: There is no exception for certain countries of high cybersecurity risk. These currently include:

  • China
  • North Korea
  • Russia
