In the meeting controls, select More (…).

Turn on captions
Select Language and speech, then Show live captions.

Change the language if needed
Open caption settings to choose the language being spoken.

Don't want your name shown in captions and transcripts? In Teams Settings, go to Privacy and turn off identifying you in captions and transcripts.
