Every Teams meeting has its own options for who waits in the lobby, who can present, and whether people can unmute. The person who creates the meeting picks them, so they can be different from one meeting to the next.

Who can bypass the lobby?

People in my org

Anyone at NCU joins right away. Guests from outside NCU wait until someone lets them in. Change it to Only me and co-organizers to have everyone wait, or Everyone to let everyone straight in.

Who can let waiting people in.
|
Even when Everyone is selected, Teams may still make some people wait, like people joining without an account.
