Then protect your account

1

Change your NCU password

Do this from another device as soon as you can. See Changing or Resetting Your University Password.

2

Tell IT what was on it

For an NCU device, give the device name or asset tag if you know it. Let IT know if it had sensitive university data.

3

Lock or erase your phone

If it's your own phone, use Apple or Google to lock or erase it. See How To: Remotely Erase a Lost Phone.

Report it quickly

The sooner IT knows, the sooner we can help protect your account and university data.
