Learn what to do when you can't sign in to your NCU account, including what happens when your account is temporarily locked and how to get help restoring access.

Locked out after wrong passwords

After several incorrect sign-in attempts, your account is temporarily locked. The lock clears on its own. Wait a few minutes, then try again with your correct password.

Each additional wrong attempt makes the wait longer, so don't keep retrying. If you aren't sure of your password, stop and contact the IT Service Desk.

Changed your password recently?

Update it everywhere it's saved, or those devices will keep trying the old one:

  • Phones, tablets, and laptops connected to NCU-Secure Wi-Fi
  • Any app or computer where you saved your NCU password

How we verify your identity

Call or visit the IT Service Desk during business hours. Staff will verify your identity and restore access.
Come to the IT Service Desk in person. Employee accounts carry elevated access, so identity must be verified face to face.
