Department heads only (directors and deans)

Request access changes for employees and student workers in your department, including people who changed departments or took on new responsibilities.

Employees can't request access changes for their own accounts.

Access that involves another department

If the access touches another department's systems, shared folders, or data, that department's head must also give explicit approval before access is granted. We'll request that approval through your ticket, which may add time to your request. All requests are subject to approval.

How to request

Click Request Service to submit your request.

Submit a separate request for each person who needs changes.
