How to get Teams
NCU computer
Already installed. Open Microsoft Teams from the Start menu or Applications.
Personal computer
Installed with Microsoft 365. See Installing Microsoft Office on Your Personal Device, or download Teams from Microsoft.
Phone or tablet
Install Microsoft Teams from the App Store or Google Play.
Any browser
Go to teams.microsoft.com.

Sign in with your NCU account and approve the MFA prompt.

On a personal phone, the Teams app lets you take NCU calls and chats without sharing your personal number.
