Set up the webinar

1

Create it

In the Teams calendar, select the arrow next to New meeting, then Webinar.

2

Add the details

Enter the title, date, time, and description. Add presenters and co-organizers.

3

Set up registration

Choose whether registration is open to people at NCU only or to anyone, and edit the registration form if needed.

4

Publish and share

Save and publish the event, then share the registration link.

Run it

  • Have presenters join a few minutes early from their invitation.
  • Control whether attendees can unmute or turn on cameras from meeting options.
  • After the event, download the registration and attendance report from the event in your calendar.

Webinars and town halls are self-service. IT doesn't produce or monitor events, but you can borrow equipment through Technology Loans for University Events.
