Troubleshooting: PC Wi-Fi Issues (Students/Employees)
Troubleshooting: PC Wi-Fi Issues for Students and Employees
Follow these steps in order to troubleshoot PC Wi-Fi issues for students and employees:
Make sure the student/employee is trying to connect to the correct network (
NCU-Secure
).
Make sure the student/employee is not locked out of their account (Active Directory Users and Computers).
Remove/Forget the network
. Have the user try to login again.
Still can't login? Make sure they know their password by having them try to login to Skyline.
Reset password
if needed. Have them try to login to Wi-Fi again.
Restart the computer/device
Plug into ethernet and try to login again.
