Overview

Follow the steps below to learn how to search your My Favorites within Services and the Knowledge Base.

Searching My Favorites

  1. Sign In to IT Service Site.

  1. To see the services or articles that you’ve added to favorites, click Services or Knowledge Base and then navigate to the My Favorites submenu.

  1. If you have any favorite Services or Knowledge Base articles, they will be listed.
