The IT service site allows users to easily share Knowledge Base articles with anyone.
Share a Knowledge Base Article
If you would like to email the article to someone else, click the green Share button on the right side of an article.
When you click on the Share button, you will be prompted to enter the recipients' email. A pre-populated message will appear with the link and the title of the article. You may add additional information if you wish. Then click Send.
If you don't want to send the article through the built-in email tool, you can copy the text and paste it into your own email, chat client, or other communications tool.
Note: Depending on the article's level of access, the user may be required to log into the IT self service site to view the article.
