How To: Sign-in to the IT Service Site

Overview

Employees and students are encouraged to sign-in to IT service site. Doing so allows users to access additional IT service site features.  

Why Sign in?

By signing into the IT service site, users are able to:

  • Save favorite services
  • Open new tickets
  • View the status of their tickets
  • Share knowledge base articles
  • View services and knowledge base articles that are not published to the public and require a login to view

Signing In

  1. Click the Sign In link in the top right corner of the screen.

  1. Enter your NCU username and password, and click Sign In.

  1. Your name should now appear in the top right corner of the screen indicating that you are logged in.

TeamDynamix (TDX) is the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform that IT uses to publish its services, house its knowledge base, and to handle incidents and requests. TDX also provides other capabilities that IT uses internally. Across the university, TDX is known as the IT service site.
