Can't Find Your Answer?

Overview

If you are unable to find the information you need in our Knowledge Base, try following the steps below. If you are still unable to find the information you need, use the Request Assistance with Finding Your Answer service to ask for assistance.

What to do if you can't find an answer

  1. Make sure you are signed in to IT service site. Some information is restricted to NCU users with an active sign-in session. Check out the Log Into the IT service site article for more information.
  2. Adjust your search terms and phrases to optimize results. Information for refining searches can be found in the Search the IT service site article.
  3. If your issue is with a system or application software not related to NCU, try searching an external website. For example, problems with Windows, Office, Outlook or other Microsoft products can be found at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us

How to ask the IT Service Desk for help finding an answer

  1. Go to the TeamDynamix (IT service site) service.
  2. Select TeamDynamix Request from the right-hand menu.

  1. Select Knowledge Base article request or Service request (including changes to services, forms, workflows, etc.).

  1. Describe the information you were looking for and include what search terms you used in the ticket.
  2. Click Request to submit your ticket.

The IT Service Desk will review your ticket and assist in answering your question.
