Print a Blank Calendar in Outlook - Mac

Overview

Use this function when you want to print a calendar without any of your meetings or appointments. Use the print options to customize the date range and print styles.

Printing a blank calendar

1. In the Calendar View in Outlook 2016 for Mac uncheck all calendars.

2. Click the File button, and then click Print

3. Click Show details.

4. Change the Start date: and End date: to reflect the calendar you want to print, click Print.
