Use this form to request a DKIM record update for a third-party platform that is already authorized to send email on behalf of North Central University.
Before you submit
This form is only for platforms that have already completed the initial setup and authorization process. If your platform has not yet been authorized, use the New Sender Setup offering instead.
NCU IT will verify this request with the NCU staff contact on file before making any DNS changes. Do not submit this form on behalf of a platform you are not authorized to represent.
Submit your request as early as possible. Plan for at least 3–5 business days from the time a complete, verified request is received — timelines vary depending on the information provided and any follow-up required.
Identity verification required
Because this request modifies an active DNS record, NCU IT will confirm the request with the NCU staff contact associated with your platform before any changes are made. Requests that cannot be verified will not be processed.
What this form collects
You will be asked to provide the following. Have these ready before submitting:
- Vendor / platform name and technical contact information
- NCU staff contact associated with this platform
- Existing selector name (so IT can locate the current record)
- Updated record type (CNAME or TXT) and new parameters
- Requested update date
- Reason for rotation (e.g. scheduled rotation, platform migration)
