Salesforce is the university's customer relationship management system. 

The Salesforce suite includes the following products:

  • FormAssembly
  • Mogli
  • Pardot
  • Recruitment & Admissions
  • Salesforce Experience Portal(s)
  • Student Success Hub

Please use the action on the right menu to submit a request.

  • Submit New Feature Request - Submit a request for something that should be added to Salesforce.
  • Report an Issue - Report any issues with Salesforce.
  • Submit Change Request - Submit a request to change something that is in Salesforce.

If you are unsure, do not worry, select any of the options and the service desk staff will make sure the request gets to the right people.
