Service Description
Your campus mailbox is more than just a place to receive mail - it's your official university address for all correspondence, from financial aid notifications to care packages from home. We handle everything related to your mailbox: initial assignment with key, address updates across university systems, and replacement keys if yours goes missing.
Who Can Use This Service
Mailbox Assignment: Students who request a campus mailbox (not automatically assigned - you must request)
Address Updates: Current students with assigned mailboxes
Lost Key Replacement: Students who have lost or damaged their mailbox key
How to Request
For a new mailbox: Submit a Mailbox Request through the Request Service button with your full name, student ID, contact email, and preferred pickup date for your key.
For address updates: Submit an Address Update Request through the Request Service button OR use Colleague self-service portal (faster if you're comfortable with self-service).
For lost key replacement: Submit a Lost Key Replacement Request through the Request Service button with your full name, student ID, and mailbox number. You'll receive email notification when your replacement key is ready (remember to bring $10 for payment).
