Third-Party Email Sending — Add New Sender

Use this form to submit DKIM configuration parameters for a third-party platform that has not previously been authorized to send email on behalf of North Central University.

What this form collects

You will be asked to provide the following. Have these ready before submitting:

  • Vendor / platform name and technical contact information
  • NCU staff contact who initiated this request
  • Platform purpose (e.g. "email marketing," "event notifications")
  • Sending domain and estimated monthly volume
  • DKIM record type (CNAME or TXT), selector name, and associated parameters
  • Reply-to address, if applicable
  • Bounce handling address or mechanism
  • CAN-SPAM compliance acknowledgment
  • Requested go-live date
