How To: View Tickets as a Contact

Overview

For some requests, contacts can be added to tickets when people other than the ticket's requester or the responsible IT staff need access to a ticket.

Contacts can see all public ticket information available to the person who submitted the ticket. Contacts are also listed in the Notify selection box for ticket comments.

How do I see tickets when I am a contact?

  1. Log into the IT service site
  2. Click View All Tickets under My Submitted Tickets.
  3. Check the box next to Include requests that I am listed as a contact on.
  4. Click Search.
