TeamDynamix (IT Service Site)

TeamDynamix (TDX) is the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform that IT uses to publish its services, house its knowledge base, and to handle incidents and requests. TDX also provides other capabilities that IT uses internally.

Across the university, TDX is known as the IT service site.

Eligibility

Faculty, staff, and students can request this service.

Making a Service Request

Click the TeamDynamix Request button to submit your request to the TeamDynamix administration team to submit a service request for the following:

  • Knowledge Base request
  • Service request (including changes to services, forms, workflows, etc.)
  • Report slowness or errors in TeamDynamix
  • General questions or assistance (TDX desktops, reporting, projects, etc.)
  • The knowledge base or service catalog does not have the information that you are looking forward and you believe that it should be there.

If you find yourself requesting the same services over and over, you may want to "Favorite" them so they are easier to locate when you need them.
North Central users can open tickets directly from the TDX to (1) report an issue/problem, or (2) to request a service. To open a ticket you must be signed in.
