Learn how to save the TeamDynamix (TDX) services and articles you use most as favorites, and find them again later.

Save a favorite

Sign in at it.northcentral.edu, open the service or article, and click Add to Favorites on the right.

To remove one, open it and click Remove from Favorites.

Find your favorites

Services and articles are saved in separate lists:

Services

Click Services, then My Favorites.

Articles

Click Knowledge Base, then My Favorites.
Favorite won't open? If you get "permission denied," that service or article has been retired. Remove it from your favorites and search for its replacement.
