Why you got an approval

Some requests need sign-off before work can start, such as access to a system or a request from someone you supervise. When a request needs your approval, TDX emails you. The request waits until you respond.

Approval emails have a subject that starts with Approval Request on, followed by the ticket number.

Approve or reject from the email

1

In the approval email, click Approve or Reject this Request. Sign in if asked.

2

Read the description. To see the full request, click the ticket title at the top of the page.

3

Click Approve or Reject.

4

Add a comment if needed, then click Save.

Rejecting? Add a comment saying why, so the request can be corrected and resubmitted.
