How do I check the status of my ticket?

  1. Go to the IT service site Home page

  1. If you do not see your name displayed in the top right corner of the screen, click the Sign In link to log in. For more information about signing into the IT service site read the article How To: Sign-in to the IT service site.

  1. Click the blue MY OPEN REQUEST button at the top of the left column.

  1. A summary of your ticket(s) will display on the home page. View the Status column.
  2. To see more details for a ticket, including the ticket's description and any comments made on the ticket, click on the title of the ticket. This will take you to a detailed view of the ticket.

Can't find your ticket?

  1. If your ticket does not display on your Home page, click View all under the Status column
