Overview
If you no longer need assistance, you can cancel or withdraw a ticket in the IT service site.
How do I cancel or withdraw a ticket?
Navigate to the detailed view of the ticket you wish to update. For steps, view the
Check the Status of Your Ticket
article.
Click
Withdraw Request
.
Check the reason you are withdrawing the ticket and leave a comment if applicable.
Click
Withdraw
.
When asked to verify that you wish to withdraw the request, click
OK
. The page will refresh and the status of the ticket will automatically update to
Canceled
.
