Event Cancellation and Change Request

This form is to request a cancellation or a change to an event that has already been approved through GatherNCU.

Housekeeping Employee: Weekly Activity Form

You may only use this form once per semester for only ONE (1) weekly reoccurring activity (church, class, or other). If this form is for a class that has a LAB component on a different day this form can be used for both the class and the lab as long as they are during regular work hours.

Housekeeping Request

The Housekeeping Department provides custodial and janitorial services for the university. These services include tasks such as general cleaning, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, disinfection, and trash/recycling removal.
