Courses is the learning management system (LMS) that North Central uses for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of NCU courses.

Panopto is a video management and lecture capture platform that is available to all employees and students. Use these recorded sessions for student reference, asynchronous study aids, and in case of unscheduled campus closings. Capture your voice, computer screen, additional cameras, or Powerpoint. Captioning is also available through Panopto.

Panopto’s robust analytics give detailed reports on student engagement and drop-off rates for every video in your library.

Panopto integrates seamlessly with Moodle. Once you Provision the Panopto Block in your Moodle course, you’re ready to create recorded sessions for your students and participants.

Academic Continuity Planning

Academic Continuity refers to the continuation of academic services at North Central University through online modality) in the event of all or parts of instructional site locations being closed and/or unavailable.

In a real emergency which often occurs with little to no notice, knowing what to do and how best to do it will contribute greatly to our community resiliency and academic recovery.
